Villatel Orlando Resort offers 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes:

  • 4 bed townhome with private splash pool: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10
  • 5 bed townhome with private splash pool: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 12

  • Transatlantic flights into Orlando International Airport (MCO)
  • 4 or 5 bedroom allocated prior to arrival villa in the Villatel Orlando Resort
  • Premium SUV seating up to 8 passengers
  • Complimentary food pack, including: half gallon of milk, instant coffee, tea, sugar sachets, cereal, orange juice, white bread, spread and crisps

Price is based on 4 adults and 4 children staying in a 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the Villatel Orlando Resort, allocated prior to arrival.  Specific homes also available, please enquire for pricing.

 

Resort Fees:  A daily resort fee of $30 (plus 12.5% tax) is applicable per day per home and is payable on arrival in-resort. Tax is capped at 8 nights. The resort fee entitles guests access to the resort clubhouse, resort waterpark, kids splash playground, pickleball courts, bar and grill, and fitness centre. Resort fee also includes dedicated concierge, on-site technicians & maintenance, fresh linen & towels, WiFi and starter supply of toiletries & pantry items.  Guests are required to check-in at the Villatel Orlando Clubhouse where they can pay the resort fee and they will also be asked to leave a credit card on file to cover any incidentals.

Property Protection Fees: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 14 days prior to their arrival date.
