Eating, Drinking and Nightlife in Boston
Eating
Thanks to its proximity to the New England coast, Boston boasts fantastic seafood. Clam chowder and other New England favourites are especially good here and can definitely be recommended. If in doubt, ask what the locals recommend.
Drinking
Boston is the home of the historic Samuel Adams Brewery which you can visit for tours and tasting sessions. Coffee is extremely popular here with branches of Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts everywhere.
Nightlife
Thanks to the enormous student population Boston has a thriving nightlife scene ranging from dive bars to the swankiest of nightclubs. Virtually every bar and club in the city is 21-years+. It’s definitely worth visiting the historic student areas if you’re looking for a great night. Fenway and Allston both fall into this category.
