Day 1
Las Vegas
Arrive in Las Vegas and check into the airport hotel for a relaxing night before your road trip.
Day 2
Las Vegas - Kingman (115 miles)
After picking up your motorhome in Las Vegas, head east to Kingman the heart of Historic Route 66. A suggested campground for the night is the Blake Ranch RV Park.
Day 3
Kingman – Williams (100 miles)
Today head to Williams and the Grand Canyon Railway RV park which adjoins their railway depot and hotel to form a pleasant resort area. The hotel’s indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the bar and restaurant, are open to RV guests too. From here you can either visit the Williams aircraft museum or perhaps the Flintstones Bedrock City.
Day 4 - 5
Williams – Grand Canyon Camper Village (55 miles)
Time to marvel at the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon – you have to be see it with your own eyes to appreciate the sheer size and scale of the landscape. Overnight - two nights at the Grand Canyon Camper Village.
Day 6
Grand Camper Village – Sedona (110 miles)
Travel along I-40 to Flagstaff and then head south on I-17 towards the Coconino National Forest. Turn off at Sedona, which will be your home for the night. The Rancho Sedona RV Park is within walking distance from the town’s restaurants, shops and galleries, and is in the heart of the stunning red rock formations.
Day 7
Sedona - Seligman (130 miles)
Today you have a fascinating drive, through Prescott National Forest, stopping at where you will find museums of western art and Native American artefacts. Just past Ash Fork you will join the start of Historic Route 66 and the charming town of Seligman.
Day 8
Seligman - Kingman (90 miles)
Take one of the longest remaining sections of the original Route 66 on a scenic drive through Peach Springs, on the edge of the Hualapai Indian Reservation. Stop for the night at Kingman and the Fort Beale RV Park.
Day 9
Kingman – Las Vegas (100 miles)
Today you’re heading for your final destination of Las Vegas, but you must stop en route at the breath-taking Hoover Dam. Either just pause to look at the view of this amazing man-made structure or take time to visit the interesting visitors centre. Continue on Las Vegas and the Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort where you can spend as many nights as you would like before you fly home
