Overview

Begin this wonderful 12-night family-self drive in Las Vegas, The Entertainment Capital of the World! Take in its electric atmosphere before driving out to the Grand Canyon Glamping resort where you can stay in covered wagons, tipis or even your very own sky dome! Head towards Williams where you can drive to the famous Grand Canyon South Rim for its iconic views - or optionally, a great choice for families is boarding the Grand Canyon Railway up for a scenic and fun ride (watch out for the cowboys en route!).

Next up, is Page, where you can view the famous Horseshoe Bend or take a guided tour of the stunning Antelope Canyon. Stay the night in Page and drive to Bryce Canyon in Utah! Be in awe of the truly unique national park and enjoy your time stargazing at night. The final part of this epic self-drive is Zion National Park. Stay in either Springdale or how about making this self-drive extra special by staying in a reconstructed air stream in Zion? (TM)

Day 1 - Day 3

Las Vegas

Arrive in Las Vegas, check into your hotel. Get out and about and explore the Strip! Visit the Adventuredome Theme Park at Circus Circus for fun rides and attractions, see the Bellagio Fountains. How about taking a ride on the High Roller Observation Wheel for panoramic views of the city. Tick off a bucket list by attending a Cirque du Soleil show!
Check out the indoor immersive art adventure such as Meow Wolf - kids will love its Omega Mart! Return to Las Vegas for some pool time at the hotel or explore the Fremont Street Experience with its light show and entertainment! Overnight for 3 nights.

Day 4 - Day 5

Las Vegas to Grand Canyon Glamping Resort, Meadview (117 miles)

Pick up your car rental this morning and head out to The Grand Canyon Glamping Resort, around a 2 hour drive. Offering a unique and luxurious way to experience the stunning natural beauty of the Grand Canyon. Combining the adventure of camping with the comforts of upscale accommodations, this resort provides a memorable experience for travellers seeking both relaxation and outdoor excitement. Stay in a tipi, glamping tent, covered wagon or Stargazer Dome! Stay for 2 nights here.

During your stay, you can take up their excursions such as an off-roading tour, horse riding or how about a helicopter ride?

Day 6 - Day 7

Meadview to Williams (170 miles)

Head out this morning to Williams towards the mighty Grand Canyon. En route, stop by the town of Seligman or Kingman, part of the famous Route 66!
The next day, either drive up to Grand Canyon South Rim for its iconic views or optionally, a great choice for families (and all ages!) is boarding the Grand Canyon Railway up for a scenic and fun ride - watch out for the cowboys on your journey! Stay in Williams for two nights.

Day 8

Williams to Page (163 miles)

Drive to Page, around a 2.5 hours and visit Antelope Canyon with a guided tour and explore the famous Horseshoe Bend. Check into your hotel this evening.

Day 9 - Day 10

Page to Bryce Canyon National Park (151 miles)

Travel to the Bryce Canyon National Park and take in its incredible scenery. The next morning drive towards the Navajo Loop Trail and hike the Queen’s Garden for spectacular views. This evening how about stargazing at one of the park’s viewing areas? Overnight for 2 nights.

Day 11 - Day 12

Bryce Canyon National Park to Zion National Park (97 miles)

It’s the final full day of your holiday and your final national park – Zion. You can drive to the Visitor Centre then pick up the shuttle to take you into the interior this lush park. The shuttle loop takes three hours giving you amazing views, but you’ll also want to get off at various points to pick up some of the beautiful trails and see the park at close quarters. At the end of the day make the short drive into the town of Springdale for your overnight stay.

For the last part of your self-drive how about an extra special stay and staying in AutoCamp's Zion accommodation? Vintage airstreams have been given a modern make over with king size beds, clever space saving facilities and onsite outdoor pool and communal building for creating dinner under the stars!

Day 13

Zion to Las Vegas (152 miles)

Today, head back to Las Vegas to drop off your car and for your flight home after some epic adventures through USA's canyons!
